The processing of your order is done by UniService GmbH. Our packages are usually shipped with United Parcel Service (UPS), occasionally with DHL.

Additional notes

Our shipping service provider (UPS) strives to bring your order as quickly as possible to its destination. Please understand that due to fluctuating delivery times (for example, due to weather or traffic influences, holidays, customs clearance) there may be delays in delivery from time to time.

Please note that we do not deliver to packing stations.

All product prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, fees and an import sales tax may be incurred, which are to be borne by the customer.
